Terms of service

1. About us. etchedbound.com is operated by Ian-Remi Lafleur, doing business as Etched & Bound, Pointe-Calumet, Quebec, Canada. Contact: info@etchedbound.com. Quebec Enterprise Number (NEQ): 1179590311.

2. Orders. By placing an order you confirm the information you provide (including engraving text and uploaded photos) is accurate. We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if we can't produce it or suspect fraud.

3. Your content. You're responsible for the text and photos you submit and confirm you have the right to use them. We won't engrave content that is hateful, obscene, or infringes someone else's rights. Uploaded photos are used only to make your order and are deleted within 90 days after your order ships.

4. AI-suggested quotes and line art. Quote suggestions and pet line-art previews are generated to help you design. Please review them before ordering. The preview is an approximation; the finished engraving may vary slightly because each piece is engraved individually on steel.

5. Prices. Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

6. Shipping, refunds and privacy. Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these terms.

7. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Quebec or Canadian consumer protection law.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.

9. Language. A French version of these terms and our policies is available on request at info@etchedbound.com.

10. Changes. We may update these terms; the version posted here at the time of your order applies.
