Shipping policy
Where we ship: We currently ship within Canada only. We don't ship to the US or internationally at this time.
Processing time: Every piece is engraved to order. Most orders are engraved and shipped within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Busy seasons may take longer; we'll post any change at the top of the site.
Shipping options and rates (CAD):
- Lettermail (untracked) — $3.00. Ships with Canada Post. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after shipping. No tracking number is provided.
- Tracked shipping — $6.00. Ships with Stallion Express and its partner carriers. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.
We don't currently offer free shipping.
Lost or delayed parcels: Lettermail is untracked, so once it's mailed we can't be responsible for a lost parcel — but we'll always help where we can. For peace of mind, we recommend tracked shipping. If a tracked order shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll help.
Address problems: Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it once the new shipping cost is paid.
Holiday orders: For gifts, order early. We'll post our Christmas "order by" date once carrier holiday deadlines are published.
